In The Abyss by Political Movement
In The Abyss is a full-length dance-theatre work that intertwines choreography, metaphor, and scientific inquiry to examine what it means to exist within a vast and unknowable universe. Drawing from the theory that all matter originates from stardust, the piece situates human longing, loneliness, and connection within the larger physics of the cosmos. Oscillating between the intimate and the infinite, the work asks how we construct meaning, purpose, and belonging while navigating the fragile conditions of earthly life.
